Game 3 -  Elf on the Shelf

Number of Players: 10 or more

Rules

This game is fun to use in the winter as different holidays are discussed and Elf on the Shelf tends to be common for people.  One person is chosen to leave the circle and faces away from the circle.  The people chant, Elf, elf there’s and an elf on my shelf and my elf is …” At this point the leader points to a person within the circle who disguises their voice saying, “It is I.”  After the people say this, the people outside of the circle comes back and has three guesses to determine who voiced, “It is I.”

Breathing - Breath and hold for 5 seconds, repeat 5 – 10 times

Rhythm - Rhythm counting and adding movements
