Our mental wellness programs are designed around 3 beliefs:

Conversations about mental wellbeing should be encouraged and a normal part of our conversations around overall health.

Movement, physical interaction, and proper breathing are foundational to a healthy mind.

We can all learn from each other, because everybody has something valuable to offer.

HuddLUp Classrooms

HuddLUp Classrooms make it easy to integrate social emotional learning practices into your curriculum. Our Trained Program Facilitators lead sessions, along with teachers, to promote student mental wellness through quality playtime, self-awareness exercises, and relationship building. We are currently in 100 classrooms and continue to expand. Watch the video to learn more —>

Mental Wellness Awareness
