Game 1 -  Numbers and Names

Number of Players: 4 or more

Rules

Players count off around the circle until everyone has a number. Then one player starts by saying someone else's number. Without hesitating, the player whose number was called says someone else's number. This continues until a player hesitates. Then the game starts over. Young children can use names instead of numbers.

VARIATION: To add a little excitement to this game, the player who hesitates when it's their turn could be required to jump up and down or spin in a circle. This game can be played in a line instead of a circle.

Game 2 -  Swatting Flies

Breathing - Breath and hold for 5 seconds - do several rounds

Rhythm - Rhythm counting and counting with a partner
